Terms of Service

Article 1 — Purpose

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the IdeaDrop service (“Service”) operated by SJ Marketing (“we” or “the Company”). They set out the conditions of use, and the rights and responsibilities of both parties.

Article 2 — Definitions

(1) “Service” means the AI-powered idea capture and search features provided by the Company.
(2) “User” means any person who agrees to these Terms and uses the Service.
(3) “Subscription” means a paid agreement to access the Service for a defined period.

Article 3 — Changes to These Terms

(1) These Terms take effect when published on the Service.
(2) We may update these Terms at any time within the limits of applicable law. Where changes are material, we will notify users at least 7 days in advance by posting a notice in the Service or via Telegram DM.

Article 4 — Use of the Service

(1) The Service is delivered through a Telegram bot.
(2) The free plan is available immediately, without entering into a separate agreement.
(3) Paid plans are activated immediately upon successful payment.
(4) We may modify or suspend parts of the Service when necessary for operational reasons.

Article 5 — User Obligations

Users must not:
(1) Impersonate another person or misuse another person’s information.
(2) Use the Service in any manner that violates applicable laws or these Terms.
(3) Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Service.
(4) Commercially exploit information obtained through the Service without our written consent.

Article 6 — Disclaimer of Liability

(1) We are not liable for service interruptions caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, or third-party network failures.
(2) We do not warrant the accuracy of AI-generated summaries or organised content.
(3) We are not responsible for any failure to achieve expected results from use of the Service.

Article 7 — Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes arising from use of the Service shall be resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction.
