• Your Telegram user ID (numeric identifier)
• Text messages you send to the bot
• Voice memos you send to the bot (processed for transcription and stored as text; original audio is deleted immediately after transcription)
• Photos and files you send to the bot
• Payment information (billing key issued by our payment processor — raw card numbers are never stored)
• Subscription history (plan type, start date, expiry date)

2. Why We Collect It

• To provide the core service: saving, searching, and organising ideas
• To improve the service: debugging, feature development, and user support
• To process paid subscriptions and handle payments
• To send subscription renewal reminders via Telegram DM

3. Retention Period

Your data is deleted immediately upon account deletion or at your request.
The following exception applies under applicable law:

• Payment and subscription records: retained for 5 years in accordance with applicable consumer protection and electronic commerce regulations.

4. Third-Party Disclosure

We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties, except as described below and only to the minimum extent necessary.

• Google LLC (Google Gemini API): Used solely for AI text summarisation and voice transcription. Data is processed transiently and is not stored by Google after processing.
• Payment processor: Used for subscription billing. Data shared: billing key, payment amount, plan information. Raw card numbers are not shared with us.

5. Data Processing Sub-processors

• Sub-processor: Google LLC (Google Gemini API)
• Purpose: AI text summarisation and voice transcription
• Scope: Transient processing only. No retention by the sub-processor.

You may exercise the following rights at any time:

• Request access to your personal data
• Request correction or deletion of your personal data
• Request that we stop processing your personal data
